Raven & Cedar is a Destination Management Company (DMC) registered and operating in British Columbia, Canada. We provide ground services exclusively to registered travel agencies and licensed tour operators. We do not sell directly to the public.
All enquiries and bookings must be made through a registered travel agency or licensed tour operator. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm you are acting on behalf of such a business entity.
Rates are available on request and confirmed per departure once accommodation rates and availability are secured. Contact us to register your agency and receive our full net rate schedule.
A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Full payment terms are outlined in the agency agreement provided upon registration.
Cancellation policies vary by season and supplier. Full terms are provided in the booking confirmation. Travel insurance is not included and remains the responsibility of the travelling guest.
Raven & Cedar holds Commercial General Liability (CGL) and professional indemnity insurance. We act as a ground services operator and are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. In the event of force majeure, Raven & Cedar will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives.

Raven & Cedar was founded by Eveline Taï, who brings seven years of experience running an international hospitality business in London, UK, managing over 200 supplier partnerships and coordinating cultural immersion programmes for international student groups from Europe, Africa and Asia. That passion for meaningful cross-cultural encounter, combined with a foundation in contract negotiation and supplier management, shapes every Raven & Cedar programme.
